Acceptable use

01The rules

SimConnectNG moves real value to real phone numbers, which makes it attractive to people with bad intentions. These rules keep the service available to everyone else.

• Do not use the service to launder money, to move the proceeds of fraud, or to help anyone else do either.
• Do not resell access to anyone whose customers you cannot identify.
• Do not fund your wallet with card details or money you do not control.
• Do not try to get around rate limits, probe other customers' data, or game the routing.
• Do not put API keys, webhook secrets or any credential in client-side code, a public repository or a support message.
• Do not present SimConnectNG as your own infrastructure to a network operator, or use our name to suggest they endorse you.

02What happens if you break them

We may suspend first and ask questions straight after, because the alternative is losing a channel for every other customer. Your settled balance stays yours, and we will explain what we saw. If we got it wrong, we will say so and turn the account back on.

03Reporting abuse

If you believe an account is being used against these rules, write to security@simconnectng.com. Every report is read by a person.
