01Who you are contracting with

SimConnectNG is operated by BuildOptimus Labs Limited, trading as SimConnectNG, a company registered in Nigeria and based in Abuja. These terms apply when you create an account, call the API, host SIMs with us or use the dashboard. If you agree on behalf of a business, you confirm you may bind that business.

02Your account and keys

You are responsible for everything done with your API keys. Keep them out of client-side code and out of version control, and rotate a key the moment you think it has leaked. You can do that yourself from the dashboard without downtime.

Owners and admins must turn on two-factor sign in before any secret is shown to them.

03The service

We accept your request, choose a channel, retry or move to another channel where that helps, and report the final state through the API and webhooks. We cannot promise that every individual transaction succeeds, because the networks behind it are outside our control.

What we do promise is that you will always know the outcome. No transaction is left pending forever, and you are never charged for an outcome we cannot establish.

04Hosted SIMs

SIMs you host with us stay yours. We keep them powered, online and watched, and use them only for your traffic unless you agree otherwise in writing. You can ask for them back at any time.

05Money

Your wallet is a double-entry ledger. A request places a hold, a delivery settles it and a failure releases it in full. Our fee only applies to a transaction that delivered and appears as its own ledger entry.

Funding is credited only when a verified payment callback confirms it. Withdrawals go to a bank account you have verified. We may pause a withdrawal while we investigate activity that looks like fraud, and we will tell you when we do.

06Acceptable use

The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. Breaking it is a breach of this agreement.

07Suspension and closing an account

You can close your account whenever you like, and we will return any settled balance to a verified bank account.

We may suspend an account for a breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, or where the law or a network operator requires it. Unless the law or an immediate risk prevents it, we will give you notice and a chance to put it right.

08Liability

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

09Changes

We will email you before a change that materially reduces what you get. The date at the top of this page always shows the last change. Questions go to support@simconnectng.com.
